The chef Baek Jong-won truly lives up to his reputation. I've seen "Baek Jong-won's Alleyway Cuisine" on Star World before, and it's truly admirable how he saved so many restaurants that were facing danger or were poorly managed. I'm so lucky to have personally experienced a restaurant run by Mr. Baek in Korea. I recommend it to anyone who loves udon, and even a millionaire!
