Introduction to Dontei
Dontei is a Japanese restaurant that specializes in gyudon, curry, and Okinawa soba. It's been open in Okinawa for over 25 years and even has a branch on Kokusai-dori. If you've come across one, give it a try.
Oh, and there are 6 or 7 parking spaces right in front of the store, which is very convenient.

The dining environment is bright and clean, and there is a tatami area with slippers. The rich man and his family arrived at the restaurant at around 5 o'clock. The boss had just started business and there was no one in the store. They chose the tatami area, and the little rich man lay there and played for a long time.

The semi-open kitchen doesn't smell of cooking fumes. There is a water dispenser next to it for iced water.

Dontei's menu is divided into four categories: gyudon, curry, Okinawa soba, and rice bowl. Besides Japanese, the menu is also available in English, Chinese, and Korean, with numerical cross-references, a thoughtful touch that reduces the chance of making a mistake when ordering.

Everything is cooked to order, and after a brief 10-minute wait, it arrived piping hot. Mr. Toshi ordered the generous set of curry beef bowl, fried pork cutlet, and Okinawa noodles, along with a cantaloupe Fanta, for 1,300 yen. The fried pork cutlet was incredibly crispy, which Mr. Toshi was impressed with, and the curry beef bowl was also delicious.

The wife ordered a bowl of Okinawa noodles for 690 yen. It was a simple dish with a rich broth, and she loved it.
