This time I came to the teamLab exhibition located in Azabudai Hills in Tokyo. I have to say that Azabudai Hills is a very distinctive building, full of design sense.
About teamLab
Founded in 2002, teamLab Co., Ltd. is a Japanese digital content creation company that has become very popular in recent years. It mainly focuses on digital works with art as the core.
In 2024, teamLab also came to Taiwan for an exhibition, and the rich man brought the little rich man to visit. At that time, the rich man thought the exhibition was very unique, and from then on he made a wish that one day he would go to Japan in person to experience the most authentic teamLab exhibition (laughs).

Borderless: A World Without Borders
The theme of this teamLab exhibition is borderless
- Boundless Art: In a museum without a map, artworks will go beyond the exhibition room and connect and influence other works.
- Dynamic Universe: There are no boundaries between the works, and they sometimes blend together. These intertwined works form a world without boundaries and continuous with each other.
- Immersive Exploration: Immerse yourself in the boundless art, explore with your own conscious body, create the world with others, and keep discovering
In teamLab's art gallery, the artworks have no captions because the artworks move!

Sketch Ocean, participants can design their own unique creatures in the sketch factory, and then watch them swim happily in a huge digital aquarium.

Various cartoon creatures drawn by everyone appear in the painted ocean, and some of them look very interesting (laughs).

This exhibition space is very large and is the only one with raised terrain. The rich man sat in the middle and immersed himself in the works. To be honest, walking in this colorful world, you will feel a little dizzy if you are not careful, so you really have to be careful.

The work shows colorful flowers blooming in the space. A small highlight is that if you put your hand close to the wall, there will be birds flying around, which is like an immersive experience in a sea of flowers, which is very clever.

This work is a tribute to the Japanese painterIto JakuchiSalute, using different colors within each small square to create various patterns.

This work is like calligraphy written in a three-dimensional space. Each stroke is suspended in the space. As our perspective and the rotation of the strokes change, we can sometimes see some special circular outlines, which is very unique.
