Vegetables, seafood, and meat are fried on an iron plate until they are fragrant, then topped with batter and fried until solid. The rich man thought it was a bit like assorted yaki. Tsukishima Monjayaki Tamatoya is a popular Monjayaki (\u3082\u3093\u3058\u3083yaki) restaurant. It has many branches in Tokyo. There happens to be one in the Tokyo Station Kuroji Yokocho underground shopping mall. After solving the maze of the underground shopping mall, I finally found it.
